For another year, the IEEE Student Branch of the Department of Informatics of the University of Western Macedonia in Kastoria celebrated the creation of the global technology organization IEEE and organized the IEEE Day.
The theme of the day was \”Leveraging Technology for a Better Tomorrow\” and this year was the tenth year that this historic event was celebrated. They were interested in their presence at the event and were faced with a wealth of information. More specifically, the goal of the day was the opening of the Research Laboratory, which houses the team from the beginning of its establishment. During the event, information was provided about the IEEE, the activities of the Student Branch, the projects of the students that took place last year and those planned for this year were presented. During the event, there was contact with the Student Branch of IEEE in Kozani and ended with a Workshop on the Internet of Things.
