IEEE Student Branch of University of Applied Sciences of Western Macedonia, Kastoria in collaboration with AEGEE-Kastoria and ESN TEI of Western Macedonia, have made a move for collecting plastic lids.
Boxes to collect the lids are fitted outside of the Grand Auditorium, to the library and outside of the laboratories.
The lids are collected, are donated to the Kidney club of Kastoria, which are then forwarded to build a wheelchair. The purpose of this movement is to contribute association in this important project, which Kidney club implemented for years and facilitating people who are unable to buy a wheelchair, because of financial problems.
