IEEEXtreme 7.0 24-Hour Programming Competition

IEEEXtreme is a global challenge for IEEE Student Branch members. Teams may be composed of individuals who are members of the IEEE and who have a supervisor and mentor who is a

n IEEE Member. This competition lasts 24 hours and during this time the teams are invited to solve a series of programming problems.

Entries for IEEEXtreme 7.0 are now open and teams can apply for the competition.

Problems can be answered with any of the supported languages (C, C ++, C #, Java, Python, Ruby, Perl, and PHP).

Prizes for IEEEXtreme 7.0 The winning team members claim ultimate bragging rights and are recognized as some of the world\’s top up-and-coming programmers. Prizes include an expense-paid trip to the IEEE conference of your choice anywhere in the world.

In addition to the grand prize the following prizes will be awarded:

  • 2nd place overall: iPad for each team member
  • 3rd place overall: iPad Mini for each team member
