Since the beginning IEEE has improved the theory and application of electrotechnology and related sciences, which played a catalytic role in technological development and supported the needs of its members around a large number of programs and services.

Software Freedom Day 2012

IEEE Student Branch, of the Department of Informatics and Computer Technology, will celebrate Software Freedom Day at the 15th of September 2012, at the Prefecture’s outside area, in collaboration with the Linux Team.
At the same night we will be hosting the openSUSE 12.2 Release Party at Gens, at Kastoria’s South Beach at 7:00 pm.
